Career progression:

• QCF Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care

• QCF Level 3 Diploma (required for senior roles)

• Specialist pathways (dementia, palliative, learning disabilities)

We require all carers to complete ongoing refresher training annually, and we actively support career progression from entry-level to senior care roles​.
